I have person that is working in a remote office that is not on our network. She is using SSL VPN to connect back to our network.
I am on our network and I used to be able to RDP into her PC, I was able to remotely manage her PC and also I was able to use Windows Remote Assistance to connect to her PC and work on issues she might run into. That was when we used Cisco VPN and a Secure Keyfob.
Ever since moving to SSL I can't access her machine at all.
Any idea on what we might do to make it so I can access it again?
